I'm Ken, a instructional designer and video ad creator based in Toronto. I want to share my works on this website and hear your feedback.

I've delved into online learning industry for more than 4 years. I’ve created LMS courses on different topics, including high school math, multimedia software tutorial, emloyee soft skill trainng, company culture, etc.

I have received positive comment from my colleagues, especially in terms of interactivity of courses workshop design, and gamification in the courses.

Advertisement creation course: Best methods to write your advertisement script

In this course, you will learn essential skills of producing advertisement campaigns.

I adopted Bloomberg's Taxonomy in this course. The practice questions are distributed between recall/identify - summarie/classify - use/provide - deconstruct/integrate - judge/reflect - create/design. Students will develop their skills step by step firmly at every stage and grasping the knowledge effectively.

Student centered theory, constructivism theory and gamification theory are also adopted in the course. The course will give students chance to practice by themselves, gain "muscle memory" and learn in a fun and interactive environment.

When I create online courses, I am sharing my inspiration with learners. I enjoy illumining others and helping them progress in career. My work gives me achievement because I am pushing every one to a higher place. With my teaching, they will see further, have more deep ideas and be a master of their job.
